Conversation Questions About Baseball

From the time I was a little girl, I attended Major League Baseball games. My dad is a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, so naturally, our whole family is too. I love the sounds around a baseball stadium, the food that they serve, and the excitement of a home run. Watching a baseball game seems like a wonderful day to spend the day.

Baseball has its own set of rules and vocabulary to go with it. That’s why I created this ESL lesson around the game of baseball. I’ve included a list of essential vocabulary words, as well as conversation questions that you can use in an ESL class or just with your friends. Make sure you use the vocabulary associated with baseball as you discuss the questions.
